Our latest Liner Belt addition using a BioThane body. The body is 1.5″ wide and a 1″ strip of either Hook or Loop runs the length of the outer face similar to the 1″ webbing on the Atlas G-Hook belts. Even with the narrower strip of material than our other liner belt options we have received very positive feedback on the belt’s ability to lock outer Battle or Duty belts into place securely. The belt easily adjusts to carry your CCW rigs on the way to and from work or the range and locks up secure when cinched down. Main body color is only available in black currently but the outer strip can be either Black or Coyote Brown. The BioThane body is around 4mm thick for a comfortable and supportive platform…..this isn’t a flimsy liner belt! If you are looking for a thinner option for a low-profile liner, there is now a SLIM body profile option.
The adjustable tail is made with One-Wrap so the entire tail matches the covering of the belt ordered and will stick to itself to secure the slack into place. This material likes the flat bar g-hook buckles rather than the “wave” models used on the standard Atlas G-Hook belts. We have a bunch of the flat bar buckles on hand in Foliage so that’s what all the liner belts come with for the time being…..this shouldn’t be a problem for most folks but just wanted to make sure it’s noted….
For the hoopleheads out there, “Loop” is the soft fuzzy material, and “Hook” is the stiff scratchy one, also called Velcro.

How do I choose the correct size?

1.5″ SLIM – 1.8mm BioThane body with 1″ strip of Hook or Loop.
Atlas Belts are cut to an overall length (OAL), which can fluctuate slightly during sewing and finishing. The belts are designed to overlap to fit properly. The minimum overlap needed is around two inches and the belts can cinch down around 8″ if needed. Listed below is the OAL of the belts.
