Built with similar specs as our ever popular 1.5″ Atlas Cobra Belts, but in 1.75″ width. Each profile is designed to be stiff enough to support daily wear of items like handgun holsters, magazine carriers and knife/tool pouches; while maintaining a certain level of flexibility that is important for overall comfort. The ATLAS belts have been designed to bridge the gap between common pants belts that are either too stiff or too soft, thus offering the end user more selection to dial in their daily carry needs.
While Cobra buckles have been used on belts for a while now, our method of attaching the buckle to the end of the belt body, (rather than attaching it over the end of the belt,) reduces the thickness of the belt at the front where it overlaps itself.
The captured tail will have a small section of hook material on the end of the 1″ tail and a strip of loop material along the belt body to attach the tail slack to.

Specifications:
1.75” — two layers of type 13 webbing with a thin strip of HDPE in between that helps stiffen the belt slightly while maintaining flexibility.
Atlas Belts are cut to an overall length (OAL), which can fluctuate slightly during sewing and finishing. The belts are designed to overlap to fit properly. The minimum overlap needed is around two inches and the belts can cinch down around 8″ if needed. Listed below is the OAL of the belts.
- SM 38”
- MD 42”
- LG 46”
- XL 50”
- XXL 54”

Finally, a 1 3/4” belt with a cobra buckle that fits through your belt loops! Love this belt. Quality on this belt is great. Fit is exactly as described – just read the sizing instructions like the site tells you to. I was looking for a cobra belt that I could thread through the belt loops of my uniform pants with disassembling the buckle, without having to go down to a 1.5” belt. Bonus for this belt being strong enough to support a holster or other belt-mounted gear without sagging – this belt strikes the right balance between being supple like the cheap issue belt but not overly stiff and heavy (like the three layer belt from a company that starts with a C and rhymes with “prick”). Adjustment mechanism works well, and the overlap for me is perfect to put belt material behind the buckle without overlapping the other side excessively. Would love to see an option with a D-ring cobra buckle as well. If you’re unsure if it’s worth the price….I have similar belts from 3 competitors and none are as good. Save your money and just buy this one and be done.
